Q: What time is check-in/check out?
A: Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out is 11 AM.

Q: How old do I have to be to check-in to the hotel?
A: As Excalibur is a gaming establishment, you must be minimum 21 year of age to check-in to a guest room.

Q: What amenities do your guest rooms have?
A:All standard quest rooms come equipped with the following:

  • Alarm Clock Wake up calls are also available through the Hotel operator.
  • Cable TV featuring: ABC, CBS, CNN, ESPN, FOX, PBS, NBC, WB, WGN, TBS, TELEMUNDO (SPANISH), USA.
  • Hair Dryer
  • Iron with ironing board
  • Shower
  • Pool Area access

The following amenities are available for rent on a limited basis:

  • Cribs $20 plus tax per night fee
  • Cots $20 plus tax per night fee
  • Refrigerators $20 plus tax per night fee

The rooms do not offer the following:

  • Coffee pot
  • Microwaves
  • Safes Although the Front Desk does maintain Safe Deposit Boxes for our guests.

Q: Do you offer hearing impaired rooms?
A: Yes TDD/TTY devices are also available and require a credit card deposit for use.

Q: Do you have wheel chair accessible rooms?
A: Yes.

Q: How do I make a hotel reservation?
A: Online Reservations

Q: What is your cancellation policy for individual hotel reservations?
A: Excalibur requires a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled arrival date for a a full refund.

Q: How do I reserve 10 or more hotel rooms?

Q: How much does it cost to park our vehicle?
A:Excalibur offers free Valet and self-parking.

Q: Do you offer internet service in the guest rooms?
A:A: Yes, high-speed internet access is available for $12.99 for 24 hours. Internet access available in English, Spanish and Japanese.

Q: Do you have a wedding chapel?
A: Excalibur has two chapels

Q: Do you have a spa or fitness facility?
A:Royal Treatment Spa & Fitness Center. Guests must be a minimum of 18 years of age to use the facilities.

Q: How old do I have to be to gamble?
A: Gaming law requires guests to be a minimum of 21 years if age to gamble and identification is required.

Q: How do I obtain house rules on Poker?
A: You may contact our Poker Room directly at (702)597-7625 or ask any of our friendly dealers when you arrive.

Q: How do I become a member of your slot club?
A: Click here for information on joining The One Club, or just stop by The One Club booth at Excalibur to sign up. Must be 21 to apply.

Q: How do I establish Casino credit?
A: A credit account, which is for casino markers and check cashing purposes only, can be applied for online. The information you submit online will be processed, but credit cannot be issued until you present your photo ID at the Main Casino Cage for verification. Must be 21 to apply

Q: Do you have childcare?
A: Excalibur does not offer childcare. There are several licensed and bonded services listed in the phone book.

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: No, with the exception of assistance animals. Please be advised during the summer months the temperatures are very high and heat buildup in cars will kill animals. ** Animal Inn Pet Kennel : Telephone :(702)736-0036 **

Q: Do you rent wheelchairs or auto-chairs?
A: Yes, however availability is limited and is on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you do require mobility assistance please contact the Bell Desk for more information upon arrival.

Q: Can I send and receive faxes at the hotel?
A: Yes our Front Desk fax number is (702)597-7009.

There is a fee to receive/send faxes; these prices are subject to change at any time.

Q: Is transportation available to/from the airport?
A: Yes, shuttle services to most hotels are available for purchase outside the airport baggage claim area. Shuttle service from Excalibur to the airport is available for purchase, and without a reservation, from 6 AM - 6 PM daily in the Rear Rotunda area. After 6 PM, reservations are required, and a direct phone line to shuttle services is located at the hotel bell desk for your convenience. Taxi cabs and limousines are also available at the airport, and Excalibur's Valet area.

Q: How can I make tour and travel arrangements?
A: We have an in-house agency "Casino Tour & Travel" that can assist you with tours to the Grand Canyon, Zion, Hoover Dam and their surrounding areas.

Q: Do you have a golf course?
